Club Obsidian 1

He’s out of my league. Hazel eyes, staggering smile, sculpted, confident posture.

Guys like him make my palms sweaty and my brain go numb. Our one-night encounter was supposed to be just that, but I can’t seem to shake him… and with each chance meeting, I’m beginning to wonder how much I want to.

Coming soon.

Coming soon.

I can get caught up in the same fantasies as any other girl, dreams of being whisked away from an otherwise miserable night by a tall, handsome stranger with the faintest taste of whiskey and beer on his breath as he leans in to steal a kiss in the backseat of a cab. Deep hazel eyes focused on every movement as his expert touch ignites every inch of my skin on contact.

The chances of that happening when I’d rather spend my evenings sitting at home under a blanket with an old movie on the television and a worn book in my lap, daydreaming… well, they seemed next to impossible. But pounding heart, sweaty palms, and all, that backseat with an irresistible stranger is exactly where I ended up.
